Since the new update I can not add custom foods. I get an error to close application(which doesn’t resolve this issue) and/or contact support. Please assist?

  2. Tina says:

I updated last night when iTunes said I needed to, now I am unable to add custom foods. I get an error of
“There was an error saving, please check the fields and try again. If this error persists, please restart the application or contact support”
I verified all fields, closed and reopened the application with no positive results.

    Thank you.

This error was noted last night and fixed by our programmer. We have submitted the fix to Apple. They will approve the fix and release the update 3.1 shortly. Thanks for your patience as we get this taken care of.

  4. Rita says:

I am having the same problem as Tina with v3.0 Also, is there a way to recover the last week of entries that disappeared today after new version loaded

  5. healthyu says:

We are releasing detailed information about this issue later today. However, with the recent update- there are some strange and unique things that have occurred, none of which were present during testing. We are working closely with Apple to get these issue rectified. Many of you are reporting problems with wiping out your data and/or not being able to save custom foods. Both of these issues cannot be replicated through our testing module, so there is certainly an issue with the download copy from iTunes.

Please note: we are working day and night until this gets fixed and we will post a notification on the status of this by days end. Thank you all for your continued support and patience!

I lost almost all of my favorites when I downloaded the update. Only items added to favorites from the grocery list survived – all custom entries are gone. I would love to know if the data can be recovered – it took a lot of time to enter everything. I use the app religiously everyday, so this is a tough setback. Thanks for the quick work to resolve the issues.

  8. Tina says:

thank you for working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

  9. Peggy says:

Any luck yet or is it time to find another app to use?

  10. healthyu says:

As an update to the latest with our apps bug, the problem has been fixed and tested. We submitted this new version to Apple and we will await the approval process. Depending on the load, Apple takes between 1 and 10 days to push the updates to our users. Please look for the update on your device. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

iTunes should back up your data if you backed up prior to the upgrade. In a future version (very soon) we will provide an export/import option for data so that you can back up and re-install your data if anything should happen.

  12. Paula says:

Since the update I have been unable to store my current weight and all my favorites have disappeared. Any idea or solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated

  13. healthyu says:

The 3.0 version in being fixed and re-submitted. When you get the new upgrade, to store weight, you have to LOCK the padlock. This will record your weight and also plot your weight on the graph (in landscape mode). Thanks Paula.

  14. Debbie says:

When will this app be fixed? It’s not even up in the itunes store. We’ve waited almost two weeks. I would prefer to keep using this program but I need to keep track of my eating. Please update us on the timeline for a fix. Thanks.

  15. ChrisB says:

    Any updates?

  16. Peggy says:

According to previous posts you submitted a fix to Apple 1 week and 5 days ago. Is this another fix you submitted? How long do we have to wait this time? If you do not get this fixed do we get a refund? My diabetes isn’t on hold just because your program isn’t working.

  17. Steve says:

Most carb based diets, including ours, are based on three meals and THREE snacks a day. Couldn’t a third snack be added – at least as an option?

  18. healthyu says:

Steve, thanks for your question. This has been requested and we have it on our list. You are certainly not limited by tracking your third snack in the current state as you can simply add the snack to the PM snack (so you would have 2 snacks listed here) so you at least can track these nutritional values. But yes, we understand that you are requesting the ability to separate this out like the other meals. This will come- we are working on some bug fixing as noted in this blog so it will be on the short list afterward. Regards.

  19. JP says:

I cannot change my current weight it keeps reverting to a crazy weight of 216 kg, I’ve been trying to change current weight but just can’t. Help, thanks

  20. healthyu says:

You have to press Edit in the upper right corner of the Profile tab, change the start weight, and then SAVE. If you are referring to the weigh-in, then you have to use the LOCK and UNLOCK to record and un-record your weigh in.

  21. Kate says:

I’m unclear as to how to read the weight chart. I see that my weight goes down on the right as I enter it, but what is the chart on the left?

I would prefer a regular graph chart, but in lieu of that some instructions on how to read it would be appreciated.
